Housing has nearly doubled since I left. Though there is no income tax, real estate taxes are sky high. The cost of homeowner's insurance...holy cow. Gas seems to be higher compared to neighboring states...and I saw an ad running on TV referencing a real estate tax crisis. I wanted to come back and buy a summer home, but... Al
