Why don't you respond to how important it would have been to take our OBL and the al Qaeda leadership when we had the chance? What that would have meant to the 9/11 victims. How the world would have thanked us. The message it would have sent to would be terrorists. And how instead Bush used 9/11 as an excuse for the prior decision to take out SH.

Terrorism is rampant? I've never had any direct exposure to it. I don't know anyone that has had direct exposure to it. Aside from the things going on in Iraq it doesn't seem to be rampant to me. Disease certainly seems a bigger problem than terrorism.
