I said: If you think killing Osama would solve the entire problem, you are deluding yourself.

You said: Again, putting words in my mouth.

How is that putting words in your mouth? You have been ranting about how we should be going after Osama, not attacking Iraq or doing any of the other things we are doing. I have told we that the U.S. has never stopped going after Osama. It's just that he's hard to find.

re: We've taken out over 95% of Al Qaeda's leadership and terrorism still is rampant.

Totally false.

The pentagon has published these statistics. I suggest you look them up before posting your opinion. Your are showing your ignorance.

As far as Saudi Arabia, they are a big funder of terrorism and the world is trying to deal with them. Iran and Syria are the world's largest funders AND sponsors of terrorism. Hizbollah comes to mind.

Why don't you respond to how important it would have been to take our OBL and the al Qaeda leadership when we had the chance? What that would have meant to the 9/11 victims. How the world would have thanked us. The message it would have sent to would be terrorists. And how instead Bush used 9/11 as an excuse for the prior decision to take out SH.

I have said repeatedly that the U.S. has never stopped trying to get Osama. You make it sound so simple to find and take out one man, when millions are willing to hide him. Taking him out would have been great for the West and for the 9/11 victims. Too bad it's not as easy as you make it sound.
