So many things are interconnected in society. Have you ever known anyone that can't hold down a job for more than 8 or 9 months? I have a theory that many of these people never adjusted after leaving school and are just ready for summer vacation. Schools I believe should be year round having trimesters with 2 weeks between each. Trade schools for the less academically inclined should also be available.
