I was thinking about imposing a rule on myself to always have 10-15% cash at all times. If I use up the money buying stocks then I'll replace it by forcing myself to either take profits from one of my winners or by selling some of my dogs.

Now that would take some discipline wouldn't it? Ask me how I do on Monday <g>
