People aren't stupid. If wind power was more cost effective than other forms people would be all over it. Profits are so efficient it isn't funny. People don't use oil because its "bad" people use it because its the most efficient form of energy at present and subject to change at any time.

Del, the answer is NUKE POWER PLANTS. I just learned an earful from a learned individual in that field. We have come a LONG WAY in plant and equipment design. Perfectly safe, far less waste. Windmills are really not appropriate for energy on a mass basis. Just dont have enough OOMPH. jdn
