It seems to me that you masquerade as an objective observer, while continuing to raise this 'naked shorting issue'. I suspect you are being disingenuous. I even suspect you are hired to assist in perpetuating the Myth of Naked Shorting.

Whenever people state a reasoned opinion that naked shorting is not a real issue, you accuse them of whining etc, but offer no reasoned argument supported by facts. This is a classic pumper tactic, by the way.

If you wish some support in calling for some high-level investigation of naked shorting, why don't you post some verifiable facts to demonstrate its existence. An existence, by the way, independent of company insiders, promoters or backers.

Sure, I'd love an investigation....because it will show there is no reality to the myth of it causing harm. At that point it is only reasonable to eliminate restrictions against the practice. But no such investigation will occur. Because it would lead to the destruction of the myth, which is antithetical to the interests of those loudly calling for the investigation.

The call for investigations is a smokescreen, a vehicle for making more noise to further convince the victims of pump and dumps that it is the evil shorts who are their enemy, not their own naivete and company insiders.

In any case, there is no point in calling for an investigation in this forum. We here have no influence in that regard. But I think you realize that.

If you have some quality information, instead of just your oft-repeated opinions, please feel free to share.

Peter

AmaZING how whiners come out and get upset every time someone suggests naked shorting is not the problem it's made out to be.

Get off it already. You're boring.
