Do you think 20 year olds in college should not have sex? 20 year olds in college probably do not want to have children but they have the ability to take care of children, at least most of them do. They are in general more capable of dealing with sexual issues and potential negative results of sex. I do think that most of them are ready for it, most 12 and 13 year olds are not. Tim
