We're not talking about Christianity. We're talking about the majority of Californians ... a "blue state," I might add.

Sometimes, the courts are ahead of the people.......it happens.

So your belief in a "democracy" stops when you think the courts are being more "progressive" than the electorate?

You do realize the Emancipation Proclamation only freed the slaves in the south and not the north? How noble of you yankees...
