It is by far the exception and not the rule, and yet your side would have us believe otherwise. Re: it fostered a climate of fascist torture chambers where little or no intelligence was gathered, and mean spirited Hitleresc fantasies were played out. It's SICK! Well, for some reason or other, it also looks to be EFFECTIVE, as we have not had another terrorist attack on our soil since 9/11. That is a FACT you cannot argue with.
