OK if I'm lying show me where the constitution gives a right to an abortion. If you need it I can give you a link to the text of the constitution with all of its amendments.

It is true that the constitution doesn't give the federal government the power to regulate abortion so any federal anti-abortion law could be struck down as unconstitutional, except possibly if you had some sort of inter-state commerce angle.
