OK if I'm lying show me where the constitution gives a right to an abortion. If you need it I can give you a link to the text of the constitution with all of its amendments.

You know and I know that the Consitution doesn't discuss abortion or gay marriage or school busing.........after all it was written over 200 hundred years ago. What it does provide is a framework that can be applied to future events and situations like abortion or gay marriage etc.

But I understand your frustration............the courts have to be constitutional and democratic. Many a conservative judge appointed to the USSC has turned progressive........for good reason.
