You're kidding? He is married to Terry, while he had two kids with his "girlfriend" !!!

I don't get this at all.

This is absolutely worse than polygamy. Why is it legal?

Absolutely agree Terry should have been in the parent's care.

( That still doesn't answer the question whether she should have been let to die or not to avoid pain & suffering - that's a medical question beyond my knowledge. People need to have Wills that make it clear whether or not they want heuristics done to save their lives - it's each person's decision - it's not for everyone. Most people don't want heuristics - I know my Mom wouldn't want to ("I would not want to go through something like that nor live like that - what kind of life would that be"), but my Dad does ("I want to fight this.") What I do know is, they never should have taken the tube out last year only to put it back in because a lot of damage gets created when a tube is taken out. )

Why did he want to see her die? I heard she had some type of settlement or something, that he gained by being married to her. Do you know exactly what the settlement was for? The circumstances are so bizzarre, was he after anything? How did she get ill? Was she in a car accident?

The courts should have ruled the guy had no right to be married to her, if he's having kids with his "girlfriend" !!!

I am absolutely stunned the courts didn't give her back to her parents. The guy had no business being her so-called husband.

Wow, do people have to write in their wills - if the husband has children with someone else while the wife is in the hospital he loses his right to her estate and her care goes to her Mom & Dad !!! Some things should be common sense law.
