When I farmed up in northern WI the NG guys would fly by sometimes so low they would almost take the stack off the tractor. Scared the hell out of me more then once. But one day they did that to a neighbor and ran his herd of very expensive registered cows through a couple of fences, etc. Many injured and several that had to be put down. After paying Charlie 150K they stopped flying that low.
