>>> A woman died in Santa Barbara ER because M. Jackson came into the same ER. While attending to Jackson, they forgot about her and she subsequently died.

This is one tragic incident that says nothing about ER efficiency.

>>> Have you ever been to an ER in a big city? It took me 10 hours to be attended to and released after an ambulance rushed me to an LA ER after an accident.

Exactly; you weren't badly injured and those who needed immediate attention were given it in preference to you. If anything, this is a testament to ER efficiency. It says ZERO about efficiency that you had to wait 10 hours. What is important is that treatment is delivered in the most efficient manner possible given the available staff and resources.

>>> Its a big world outside of Hot Springs and things don't always work like they do there. Talk about something you know.

I paid my dues in the city, nitwit. I just made the affirmative decision to get the hell out of the city after 15 years. I'm glad I did.

As to "knowledge" about ER operations, I can assure you my knowledge is quite a bit deeper than yours. Of course, I've yet to really encounter a subject you had significant knowledge of, so that isn't saying much.
