Sure, with more serious injuries, just as I experienced a week ago at a local ER... One lady came to ER with a 1/4" cut on her finger, and requested "few stitches". She was treated to full extent, taking time of a surgeon, nurse, and accountant. And another lady, with apparently broken arm and in severe pain, was waiting and waiting and waiting. Is this what you define as "efficient", right? - Ali
