A good start would be for black adults to show some righteous indignation about some of the rap garbage that is being fed to their kids.

Imo the solution cannot come from outside the troubled community, to have any legitimacy it has to come from within.

I don't see where education will help. Everyone knows smoking crack is bad. Everyone knows abandoning your family is bad.

What is advocated here has been in existence for decades: dol.gov

I think we should have the government running training businesses in the inner cities that train people to go to work- how to dress for work, how to speak at work, how to show up to work, how to actually do a job;
