Apparently it does. Also, the guy admitted it right on T.V.. After that he was toast.

What about the guy in Utah who was convicted of polygamy and sent to prison (his name escapes me)?

Did he take out different marriages liscences with each of the women? If he did not how could it be argued that he was married to them? If he was not married to them how can he be charged with marrying more then one person?
