Whats missing in this debate are objective facts.

I have said that Catholics tend to be for keeping her alive, and it is obvious that evangelicals are a big force behind this intervention. I have not said that it is "religious nuts," and have monitored the thread to make sure nobody here has into this kind of language.

The "objective facts" are not available to us here. They have been presented and litigated at length in court. All we get now is media reports of the charges, and everybody who wants to keep her alive uses them.

I expect the Federal Judge to rule shortly that he will not intervene. An appeal won't get it overturned either.

I doubt Terri could have a brain MRI and/or MRA unless totally anesthetized.

I can't imagine her wearing the earphones and head harness, being stuffed into that tight tube, and holding perfectly still for 20 minutes and that is for the new machine. The older machine takes much longer.

John, did you see that Dr. on Hannity last night. He was a Nobel Prize candidate in her field, he studied her for TEN HOURS and said he could do a lot for her. Apparently the Dr that WAS listened to by the earlier judges does not have good standing in the medical community plus there ultimately were 4 Drs. who are on the Husbands side and THIRTY TWO (32) that side with TERRI and her parents. Then on Gretchen they interviewed several of her close friends and ALL OF THEM said Terri POSITIVELY stated at one time or another in their presence that she would not want tubes removed if there was any chance of life. Much more was on those two shows, all of it favorable for terri but the end comment was there is A GROSS MISCARRAIGE OF JUSTICE done in this case. jdn
