Hi all, I have two questions for the board; 1) It is MY understanding that the infrastructure for the China SOR [strategic oil reserve] has not yet been completed and will not be so until late 2006 or 2007 2) A few years ago I helped deliver a boat to the Chesapeake area and we passed a NG off loading facility [which at the time was NOT in use] somewhere near Annapolis-Baltimore area. Is that facility in use yet?? Don't know who owns it. I would appreciate ANY information on the above topics. Thanx in advance, PS this is NOT directed to van Steennis but I don't know how to get it that way. Sorry Peter.
