I guess what is killing me is all of this "new" and damaging information that is available on her husband. Does anyone for a moment think insurance companies would have settled for multiple millions if there was any chance in hell that he did this to his wife and not their doctor? I mean come on.

We all complain of the press and their inaccuracy and we are swallowing their BS and becoming inflamed on both sides of the issue and none of us know what we are talking about IMO. That is what is bothering me.

As to how she actually dies to be honest I've given it no thought. I don't have any information that would allow me to make any kind of intelligent decision about her care or death to be honest.

Our government must be a system of laws, uniformly administered. I'm sure that is the reason for this long string of judicial decisions keeping the parents away from Terri. The problem is, the law does not even address this kind of thing at all adequately, nor can it. Due process is insufficient.

Perhaps the law should realize where it doesn't apply and step back and let natural, religious, or spiritual laws operate.

Taking this tube away and putting it back all the time seems like a clear violation of the Eighth Amendment, and therefore amenable to the Supreme Court's consideration.
