I agree with the statement that one should fear DC more than Moscow.

That actually makes some sense for Americans. The US government is more likely to try to take action for or against you than any foreign government is.

Teach sexual abstinence? That's like "teaching" people not to eat! The government should be promoting more healthy sexual activity (not less, ya idiots!) because it is natural, enjoyable and highly in demand.
