See? The part that jumps out to me is that THE PARENTS WERE AGAINST IT and also, if the parents had the money to pay for continued care, that law WOULD NOT HAVE APPLIED.

So yes, Terri was not BORN with a fatal disease, but after her heart attack, how would you characterize her chances. ALSO...as a good conservative.....how do you reconcile Federal intervention when 19 State Courts have already reviewed the case?
