The "line" starts with honest Judges. We ended up jailing Nazi Judges for approving Hitler's programs in the 30's.

Actually, the first people Hitler had terminated were his political opposition - democrats, trade union leaders, and Communists.

When he moved to start terminating the mentally ill and mentally retarded, he got protests and had to back down somewhat, if I recall my history.

There were no "Terri types" back in the thirties, btw. The technology didn't exist to sustain them.
