You may post anything you want. You may use what ever wording you want. Slander of a country (especially in an interpretive process of historical actions)? That's a new definition, I think.

Let's consult the dictionary:

slan·der ( P ) Pronunciation Key (slndr)
n.
1. Law. Oral communication of false statements injurious to a person's reputation.
2. A false and malicious statement or report about someone.

Who would this "person" or "someone" be that I slandered? The government (10's of thousands of people who change all the time)? I could slander you, maybe. But not in writing. Informally, I could make a false report about you, but not in the interpretation of the actions of something as large as a country, especially when discussing history.
