I could give a shit about the $700. I am making an illustration that Greenspan's policy poses for America. He is jacking mortgage rates to combat higher energy prices. He is further eroding the limited purcasing power of American families. There is no bubbe, inflation, or any bogeymen that could possibly scare Greenspan except for 1 thing - oil prices. It does absoutley no good to the people in this country to have their mortgages jacked up to compensate for jacked up oil prices. Why is this so difficult to comprehend??
