I did not understand him to say that. I understood him to say that that the constitutionality of the law would need to be determined before having a de novo hearing as prescribed by the law. But it was three ayem when I saw it and you're a lawyer and I'm not so maybe not.

Yes, that was a good show, in contrast to everything else that has been showing. I will tune in again today and hopefully get the same quality of information.

CV, do you know offhand if Terri's parents ever filed a suit early on to try to get the guardianship of Terri from Michael to themselves? Especially, since he went on with his life, had eventually a common law wife, and two children....?

If they didn't, I wonder why they didn't.

Also, is Michael a bigamist? He has a wife, and a commonlaw wife...plus kids. Or is the 2nd woman not a commonlaw wife, since he is still married....?
