I am extremely suspicious of this spouse. They were having marital problems before the accident and she was extremely unhappy with her husband, and he would cause her to cry at her place of employment, and there were even signs of abuse with black and blue marks on her body on a continuing basis according to one of her best female friends. But in any case, without any written records, it is extremely shocking and even evil in my honest opinion that so many judges would side with hearsay evidence in a case of life or death, and it is definitely not a good sign for our future, or the future of this country.
