Court interpretation, not intervention.

It's amazing to me that people take one case, one person, a situation that happens 100 times a day in this country, and want to revise our system of justice.

Hell, let's do away with the courts! Just let the legislative or executive branch make every decision.

What do we have to lose? LOL. Those old checks and balances are redundant, right?

It's like people have forgotten that the courts are government. Judicial activism is also government interference and I think it is important to remember that.

How's this.........Congress must not intercede in what is the purview of the courts.
