Those are the numbers that I used. I specifically quoted the $413bil for 2004. I didn't mention the higher $427 bil figure for 2005 but its not very different.

I did focus on percentage of GDP rather then nominal dollar figures. I think the % of GDP is a much more important figure when you are comparing our current deficits to previous ones or to other countries, but the raw data for the calculation of those percentages is the same as it is in your link.
