What I heard the "crowd outside" said was that they were prepared to have a Florida constitutional crisis in urging Jeb to act without authorization. I referred to that in an earlier post and then mentioned it again without all the detail.

KLP, If they had a bunch of lawyers involved, there wouldn't be have been any legislation at all, because they would have argued among themselves long past the date of her death, whenever that may be. :^)
