According to the local news when it happened that is how it went down. Actually her Dr called in the prescription and he refused to give her a copy telling her that her Dr needed to call it in elsewhere if my memory is correct.

Keeping the prescriptions is something I have read about before. One pharmacist was suing to keep from getting fired, claiming that he was being fired for his religious beliefs, but the problem was that he confiscated a lady's prescription and wouldn't give it back, and she had to go back to her doctor for a new one.
