Hurd cut to the bone and beyond at NCR. He will likely do the same at HP. HP is trading at below a conservative sum of the parts and people are anticipating he can unlock value. Often these moves are not "efficient" enough even though it was a big move yesterday. This is a game of anticipation, right?
