Today's bounce the usual end of quarter mutual fund manipulation aided by the fact that stocks were short-term oversold.

The market has risen the last week of March in all but four years since 1982.

The bounce probably will run another day or two before stocks go down hard again.

what about huge volume reversals of both XLE and OIH? i think they both had all time high volumes. what is the TA significance?
