Re: The difference is that there were interior walls to hold up the building. The Trade Center had no such interior walls and when the out walls failed, the building failed.

Your comment about "interior walls" makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. I'm telling you, you do not understand structural engineering well enough to comment. This shocks me, since I recognize you to be an otherwise intelligent person.

What you are saying about "interior walls" is laughable and completely silly to me in view of my 25 years experience with construction. I'm certain you can find a structural engineer or qualified general contractor in your region who can help you understand at least the basic concepts of columns, beams, gravity loads; shear, tension and compression forces and the elementary aspects of high-rise construction. Your misconceptions astonish me. I'm afraid that faith-based engineering is not a good thing.
