I don't see any evidence of it in your post. Ask a company that does business in both India and China about the differences and you will not hear about India being "better". You will hear about how hard it is to get anything done in India.

The best in India are the best in the world. But the numbers are small relative to the total population. As Indian business grows, so do the opportunities. Good. But this growth seems more inhibited than helped by the chaotic and inefficient system of government in India.
