He's more concerned with the structure which will support a "coherent ideology" than with the content of one.

Bradley, and others who are proposing this approach by the Dems, are working on the premise that "if we build it, the ideas will come." They might as well try. I know that a lot of the "Silicon Millionares" who support "moveon" etc, are in favor of this approach.

Dependent on what? The delivery structure, the 'pyramid'? That seems rather counter-intuitive, doesn't it? Almost like saying, "hello, this isn't what we actually believe, it's just what our current political structure permits us to endorse"?

I mean, we all know it happens in real life but I've never heard anyone put it forward as an argument for reform, lol.
