Don't really care, Shack.....and maybe I should stop there.....But I did check out the link, and that leaves me wondering why you conclude this supports the bullish case....???

Disproportionate drop, yes.....but still a long way from the 2003 and 2004 lows. Also, recent readings above the lower March and May 2004 readings, which were not able to stop the decline into Aug 2004.

Probably best that I retreat into my blissful ignorance.....g

that chart only shows a rising stock market environment. it is critical to see how it behaves in a bear as i believe that is what we are now in. different TA for each as we have discussed. i cant hammer this point home enough as most just dont get it and its ramifications

There is something that chart does not show Shack, and that is how much money has moved out of the all Bull sector over the last 3 months. It has been a lot. The current cumulative cash flow total is back near Aug 04 lows.

Normally this might be bearish. But so much has moved out and the index has yet held within a range, over the same period. So one could turn the other cheek and view the present situation as bullish, unless of course all that money simply vanished.

But I guess I've made no secret I am bullish for a good move here, into early summer. So maybe I have clouded vision.
