Hey the Marcos. I thought you had a newer truck than that. You know what we did with the TV thing , we got a VCR . As far as the kids are concerned the TV does not work. They have never even tried to get it to work. Once a week max they get to watch a video. I got in trouble once for renting a National Geographic video about huriccanes. It sure beats the TV crapola all to hell. AMC- I am away tomorrow so I am going to place a sell order tonight. If I hold on it will go down 30 cents , if I sell it will go up 30 cents. So in this case I will try and take some profits and reenter later. Another great hole could get things really going. GYD- Fridays action sucked. Bigtime sucked. Perhaps I should treat it as an entry point. CPT- I think I owned that one once. FWR- worth watching.

In answer to your inevitable and silent question, just what would it cost me right now? bergey.com The answer is 30K 'merickan for tower and turbine. That is 18 metres and 10 KVA. Now, battery, inverter, wiring etc.. is extra, so it was pretty close to my guess of '40K merickan. A tad steep, but there are grants available. Grid dumping is there too. How long to pay back? I would say a while, but if you factor in the equity increase value of the lot and domicile it begins to look semi-Ok. Right now, it might make sense for a remote lodge that wanted to supplement diesel for household power but at 10 KW you ain't gonna run the ski-lift. EC<:-}
