What's up with Fidelity Title? Largest title insurer in the country rapid collapse down from 49 to 30. Declining sales volume and margin shrinkage coming regardless of a housing bust. Overcapacity and cut throat competition will be a sign of things to come in any housing related business.

I think the GM downgrade to junk could cause illiquidity in the HY spectrum driving somebody out of business (through repercussions - not direct effects). Although GM is already priced for junk, record tight credit spreads could blow apart for other issues and blow up some CLO/CBOs/hedge funds.
