Regarding Dougr's comment, he was hyperbolic just like many righties are hyperbolic.

If depleted uranium weapons were used it is on Bush's head. The buck stops with him, doesn't it? Or does it stop somewhere else? Whether Bush would admit that he is responsible, that is a whole other matter. There seems to be a reluctance in this administration to admit to anything.

FWIW I disagree with the assertion that there was any deliberate desire to hurt the troops. Maybe they were just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Do you support the use of DU weapons? Do you deny that they have been used in Iraq? Two straightforward questions. See if I get a straightforward answer.

How exactly would one establish a cause and effect relationship when one has a contempt for science, as this administration does when it gets in their way?
