Sounds like the typical Arab strategy. If you want to gain credibility for anything you say or do, then you first must blame the U.S. and Israel for everything that is going wrong.

The report is right in most of its other conclusions, but until Arabs truly wake up to the fact that they have problems and have only themselves to blame, they will continually find themselves the object of their own repression.

All substance abuse addicts who have managed to recover will tell you the same thing: when they stopped blaming others for their own problems and realized that their salvation was in their own hands, then they had a chance at recovery.

Same thing goes with Arabs, as long as they blame everyone else for their plight, then they will constantly be caught in a web of denial, blame, and hatred.
