I really hope Berber and Moor try to call me sue-happy in front of a jury, because in 1991 on the way to work a taxi hit me in downtown DC while I was riding a bicycle to work, the bike was totaled, I went flying through the air, landed on my back and one spot of my back has hurt on and off ever since. Police and ambulance at the scene, in fact a lawyer was in the taxi and she reported that she told the driver to stop. Slam dunk case, no? Did I sue? NO. You know why? Because it was truly an accident, a lawsuit would have been immoral IMO.

As for settlements, well now why would anyone send me letters threatening me with sanctions for filing a frivolous suit, I sue, no sanctions motion, instead they settle. How does that work? Has happened with several defendants the past few years.

What Berber and Moor did was no accident; they deliberately set out to enrich themselves by destroying others. And if you don't believe me, well just ask Chris Rea, who already in writing implicated them in widespread racketeering violations - and he would know.
