I do give Abbas credit though. Some of the comments of the the theater goers was classic. If israel ran india, Ghandi would have failed. The British Empire couldnt control nationalism and just grievances against ghandi style resistance but Israel could? Nonsense. Israel is a much "harder" as opposed to softer place than it had to be. Some harsh measure cross the Marcos line for sure but he and his will never answer how it got that way. Can you imagine Arafat having actually emulating Ghandi?
