If dad is picking the highs and lows correctly, then certainly, make your trades according to what he's saying.

Incidentally, exactly what is he saying right now?

I've discovered the following chart. Since gold tends to have the inertia of a Hummer on a frozen lake, I think the weekly chart below has been very accurate on turns the past 3 years. I intend to give it some credence going forward.

I tray and use emotion to help me since I am by nature a pretty emotional guy. Sometimes it works, sometimes it don't! Sometimes, I overtrade or miss moves because I ran out of patience with something.
