Say what? Which country is the largest single payer to the UN? Ans: the US. Kofi Annan played his little Oil for Food games, which included providing Saddam Hussein with a 23 Billion dollar slush fund to give payolla to his friends, on money which the US taxpayer paid for heavily.

The US is a major supporter of the UN, but the oil for food money came from Iraqi oil sales...not US taxpayer funds.
