If so what is her opinion of the breed. My Mitsu has to be groomed about once every 3 months. Up in N.C. the groomer uses a scissors cut and lets her coat get long. She looks like a completely different dog. Long mustache,ears and beard... plus the body. What a great disguise if she were to need one.

I would imagine that showing dogs for over 20 years would be an enormous amount of work. I think you really have to love it, since I understand that there isn't always a vast profit, particularly in breeding dogs.

I don't understand why Bill discredits your mother's firsthand experience of former racing greyhounds, in particular.
