Was THIS, the conference you were talking about? Yep, and I'm stunned into deep silence that Volokh doesn't like it. As for his rendition of what's taking place, please. Check out the website. You won't like it anymore but at least you will see a fair presentation.

I can't think of a better reason to keep you "progressives" out of power. An open call to throw out our constitution. Yep, you got it. And you're between the Devil and the Deep Blue Sea, and hoping you won't ever be forced into choosing between them.
