For 2004, the impact was about $155m - guess AMD is pretty profligate when it comes to giving options, and the volatility they have been using in their estimates (as is typical under FAS 123) is excessively high.

Thus in 2004 they gave out some 26m options at a Fair Value per option of some $8.20 - all those are going to hit the books over the next few years in addition to whatever they grant this year. So the impact is going to be substantial - hard to know yet what the Street will make of it.
