Slagle.... you are so obviously

not a Christian...

Your shocking disregard for what Christianity stands for is truly reprehensible. Listen to what you say.... is there any echo of the sermon on the mount there? Is there any position you can justify using the 4 gospels and the words of Jesus?

Your a scary fruitcake but the good thing is this revelation of yourself will quicken the day that the publics eyes are opened on the pseudo Christians running the country.

To call yourself a Christian shames the word Christian..

Shame, shame, shame on you

PS: Many of who you are calling "Judicial Activists" are Reagan appointees. The only Atlanta Federal Judge in the Schiavo case who agreed with keeping her alive was a Clinton appointee.

<As for democracy, we have far too much of it and we should restore the structure to the system of franchise that The Founders established, with the vote only allowed to those with a stake in the system, taxpayers and property owners. The idea that the sandbaggers on welfare be allowed the vote is ridiculous.>

Voting to help yourself to other people's money does seem to be the very major defect of democracy.

Another is diffuse costs and concentrated benefits.

On the other hand, voting to create a caste of Dalits, with no property and no ability to pay taxes would enable Dalit suppression laws to be passed easily. Or, alternatively, negro slaves with no vote and no property and no ability to pay taxes would be forever enslaved by the "Slave Perpetuation Law".

Women having a vote does seem to give a better balance to societies. The natural political divide is increasingly masculine vs feminine, rather than dominant versus subservient, rich versus poor, state versus the individual. New Zealand is way over on the feminine side at present. "Feminine" being used loosely in the case of New Zealand's ruling women, homosexuals and transgender men,.

PS: I hasten to add that I am not homophobic. Heck, some of my best friends are poofters. Neither am I sexist. Heck, I think women should be treated as pretty much human too [I hope female offspring don't read this and wife would frown too ... I hasten to add domestic violence should be punishable by 10 years in prison]. I do have trouble with the idea of transgender blokes going into the ladies dressing room for a good perv. It seems to be mainly men who want the transgender treatment. Actually, on reflection, being a woman would be great. They have a lot of advantages. Longer life for a start. Get to sit on a bus. Go through doors first and have first choice of things. Don't have to play macho games to show how tough they are [dying in the attempt to down a bottle of whisky while jumping off a motorbike into a lake]. Transgenderism would have to be banned if many blokes got it done as they'd spend all day staying home, ogling and fondling their breasts.

Unf---believable! You get the prize as the Neanderthal of SI.

First of all, the Moscow Times is an alternative media source that has absolutely nothing to do with the Russian government. Your utter naivete about the publication and willingness to express your prejudices so boldly seems fit for a satire of the ugly American lout.

Re: with the vote only allowed to those with a stake in the system, taxpayers and property owners.

Do you realize that not even the lunatic fringe of the libertarian right abide by this utterly undemocratic viewpoint?

I actually prefer the rendering of this claptrap by my dittohead brother-in-law. He believes that the only people who should be allowed to vote are taxpayers who receive not one penny in benefit from the government. That would leave about 1,000 people to decide the fate of the nation.

Re: As for the unmanned AC-130 that is exactly what was needed in Vietnam

That's despicable. What was needed in Viet Nam was a President and Pentagon who would tell the truth. Johnson lied us into an indecent, immoral and illegal war and you want to automate it? What kind of a Nazi ashhole are you? You are a monster.
